Children: Where do I take my children?

Although there are classrooms in different areas of the facility, all kids meet in the kitchen area. To get to the kitchen, go through the door to the right of the stage. There will be teachers available to direct you to the appropriate rooms. At the end of the main service, all children will be kept in the classrooms awaiting a parent or guardian to sign them out. Children: What will my child experience?

Teachers follow a Bible based curriculum that incorporates prayer, music and hands on activities. God’s love and truth will expressed through Scripture and stories, as well as fun games and crafts. The message of the Gospel is shared in the classroom. [top]

Children: How will I know if my child needs me?

At sign-in, each child is assigned a number or letter. If you are needed, your child’s number will appear on the front right wall of the main room (to the right of the stage). We ask all parents to indicate on the sign in sheet whether a teacher may escort their child to the restroom or if they prefer to be called from the service to take their child. [top]

Children: What if my child becomes noisy during the worship service?

We have rocking chairs in the nursery room available for mothers feeding and comforting babies. We know that children may be fidgety or noisy, especially when they are in a new environment. Please let us know how we can help your child adjust in his classroom or in the main service. [top]

Sunday: What is worship like?

We typically start our service by expressing our love and thanks to God through a variety of music. God touches our hearts, which evokes a response in us. At times, there is joyful exuberance, while at other times there may be complete silence. We clap, dance, kneel, lift our hands, pray, and read scriptures, and sometimes even cry. [top]

Sunday: Am I expected to Tithe?

As a community of believers, we believe in giving money as part of our worship. This is something we encourage our regularly attending community to do. As our guest, you are not requested or expected to give anything. Instead, we encourage you to fill out our visitor card. [top]

Sunday: Do we celebrate communion(Our Lord's Supper?)

The Lord’s Supper or Communion is a Christian celebration of the self-sacrifice of Jesus Christ. We do this in remembrance of Him, as He told us to do at the Last Supper. If you're a committed Christian, you're welcome to share this with us, and if not, you can just sit back and enjoy the music, while our Worship Team plays and sings during this time. [top]

Sunday: What is teaching/sermon message like?

We are all on a journey, learning together. During our teaching time, you may hear a contemplative or instructional teaching, or you may be encouraged to participate in some areas opened up for discussion. We simply ask that this be done in an orderly manner in which everyone is respectful of one another. [top]

Sunday: Do you offer a prayer/ministry time?

Prayer Ministry time can take place during the service or afterwards. This is a time where everyone has the opportunity to receive prayer for specific needs from others in our fellowship. We consider every believer able to pray for others and called to do so, “pray for each other so that you may be healed.” (James 5:16) [top]
