About Us

What am I going to Experience?

Worship is typically way we start our service by expressing our love and thanks to God through a variety of music. God touches our hearts, which evokes a response in us. At times, there is joyful exuberance, while at other times there may be complete silence. We clap, dance, kneel, lift our hands, pray, and read Scriptures, and sometimes even cry. These are all our outward responses to who God is and what He is doing in our lives.

Children are always welcome! Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Matthew 19:14) Children stay in our meeting for worship. Both Nursery and Sunday School (through grade 7) are provided during the teaching. We also have an area for nursing mothers. We understand that children can sometimes be fidgety or noisy, especially in a new environment

Tithes and Offerings is something we encourage our regularly attending community to do. As our guest, you are not requested or expected to give anything. Instead, we encourage you to fill out our visitor card and place that in the offering bucket. As a community of believers, we believe in giving money as part of our worship.

Communion is a Christian celebration of the self-sacrifice of Jesus Christ. We do this in remembrance of Him, as He told us to do at the Last Supper. If you're a committed Christian, you're welcome to share this with us, and if not, you can just sit back and enjoy the music, while our Worship Team plays and sings during this time.

Learning is a journey that we are all taking together. During our teaching time, you may hear a contemplative or instructional teaching, or you may be encouraged to participate in some areas opened up for discussion. We simply ask that this be done in an orderly manner in which everyone is respectful of one another.

Prayer and Ministry time can take place during the service or afterwards. This is a time where everyone has the opportunity to receive prayer for specific needs from others in our fellowship. We consider every believer able to pray for others and called to do so, “pray for each other so that you may be healed.” (James 5:16)
